These are Grievances,special abilities that have been awakened in individuals by negative experiences. The perfect weapon for covert operations. However despite their abilities most of them are emotionally unfit for battle. They are often depressed, scarred,weak, or criminally insane. In only a few months the Grievance draft will begin,starting in California, your home state. But of course do you really want to fight for your country?
